What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations should be made with at least 48 hours ' notice of your scheduled session. i have a 15-minute grace period for sessions. If you do not show within that timeframe, your session will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be due the day of your session.
What happens if i am on the subscription plan and need to cancel a session

The session will have to be rescheduled within 5 days of cancellation. Your cancellation will not roll over to the next month.
Why do you only take self/private pay?

At this time, I am not paneled with insurance companies. One reason is the lengthy application process that can take up to 4 months. In addition, many insurance companies offer very low reimbursement rates for therapists. they also have specific administrative requirements and engage in arbitrary denials of coverage and care. One downside to this is the expense of self pay, i am committed to offering more affordable services as my practice develops.
Do you offer sliding scale payments?

As I am in the early stages of my practice i am limiting the number of sliding-scale clients i take on. sliding scale will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
